Overview

Thank you for applying to be a member of The Bryan Group candidate pool!  A decision will be made as to whether you are a good fit based on your submission of a formal application, which is the next step.

Formal Candidate Pool Application Requirements

Everyone’s time and effort is saved when we have a very clear picture of a candidate’s capabilities and preferences.  If you are still interested in applying for the pool, please submit the following (upload where indicated to The Bryan Group website):

  • A letter of interest – as if you were applying for your preferred position.

  • Three current (within the last six months) letters of reference that can attest to your integrity and leadership capabilities.
  • Resume.
  • Transcripts.
  • Verification of certifications and licenses
  • A statement of education philosophy (maximum of two double-spaced pages)
  • A statement of management philosophy (maximum of two double-spaced pages)
  • A statement of leadership philosophy (maximum of two double-spaced pages)

Fit Response

We will be back to you shortly after receiving your application materials.  You will receive one of three responses.

  • You are a good fit for our pool and we will actively seek to match you to open positions that fit your preferences.
  • You are a fit, but there are areas where it would help if you strengthened your capabilities. We will provide you with suggestions that will make you more marketable and a better fit for the type of positions you seek.
  • You are not a fit at this time, but there are areas where it would help if you strengthened your capabilities, and if you do so, would then make you eligible for our open positions upon reapplication.
