Derailers often go undetected in the traditional screening process, but our use of Guided Storytelling Interviews™ ensures we do not miss failure factors.

While The Bryan Group employs many approaches to sourcing top candidates–including networking, newsletters and newspapers, education job-posting websites, and candidate research –we also possess a unique and highly selective candidate pool. Job seekers are only permitted to join the pool after submitting an application that includes references, verification of degrees and certifications, resume, and statements of educational, management, and leadership philosophy.
