Our Leadership Performance Selection Process

We strive to attract and qualify education and organization leaders who have “the right stuff.”  The candidates in our pool are truly vetted in core leadership skills. We stand by our thorough, honest, and comprehensive screening process.

We respect the time it takes each of our potential candidates to apply in our candidate pool selection process–a process equivalent to applying for a superintendent’s position. Each candidate within our pool has proven their performance capacity and leadership potential.
